Youth remain at the centre of the EU–Cameroon partnership. Strengthening opportunities for young people through entrepreneurship, skills development, employment and greater connections with economic actors is expected to remain a key area of cooperation.

The partnership also seeks to deepen links between European and Cameroonian economies and private sectors. Through initiatives such as Global Gateway, the EU aims to support investment, business partnerships and projects capable of generating tangible benefits for communities and contributing to Cameroon’s long-term development.
